Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every VibeTint product. Here's everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1 Policy Overview
At VibeTint Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges on eligible products within 5 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
2 When You Can Return
We accept returns in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged or broken
- Product received is defective or has a manufacturing fault
- Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)
- Product is expired or past its use-by date at the time of delivery
- Missing item in a bundle or combo order
- Significant quality issue reported with supporting evidence
All return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
3 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

4 How to Initiate a Return
Returning a product is simple. Follow these steps:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

| Cash on Delivery (COD) | Via bank transfer in 5–7 business days |
| VibeTint Store Credit | Within 24 hours |

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT / bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising the return request.
6 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly delivered products. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be in its original sealed condition
- Exchanges are valid for the same product or a product of equal value
- Shipping for exchange is free of charge
7 Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email
- Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days
Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery if you are not satisfied with the product.
