1 Policy Overview

At VibeTint Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges on eligible products within 5 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

Our Promise

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2 When You Can Return

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged or broken
  • Product received is defective or has a manufacturing fault
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)
  • Product is expired or past its use-by date at the time of delivery
  • Missing item in a bundle or combo order
  • Significant quality issue reported with supporting evidence

Important Note

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

4 How to Initiate a Return

Returning a product is simple. Follow these steps:

Contact Us Within 5 Days Email us at support@vibetint.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9023945220 with your order number.

Share Photos / Video Attach clear photos or a short video of the product showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).

Return Approval Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and confirm eligibility.

Product Pickup We'll arrange a free pickup from your delivery address. Please pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Refund / Replacement Processed Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5 Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

Credit / Debit Card 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD) Via bank transfer in 5–7 business days
VibeTint Store Credit Within 24 hours
Wallet / Razorpay 2–4 business days

COD Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT / bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising the return request.

6 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly delivered products. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be in its original sealed condition
  • Exchanges are valid for the same product or a product of equal value
  • Shipping for exchange is free of charge

7 Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email
  • Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days

Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery if you are not satisfied with the product.
