Shipping Policy

1 Shipping Overview

We ship via trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

2 Shipping Charges

No matter where you are in India or how much you spend — shipping is always free:

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Express delivery charges apply only if you opt in for priority shipping.

3 Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, here's what happens:

• Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are typically dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day
• During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days

4 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• An email with your tracking number and courier name
• A WhatsApp message with a live tracking link (if mobile number provided)
• SMS notification at key delivery milestones

5 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pincodes in India — with free delivery included.

• COD is available for all orders
• No COD handling fee — delivery is completely free
• Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
• COD may not be available in certain remote areas or Northeast India

6 Failed Deliveries & RTO

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order:

• The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
• If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO)
• For prepaid orders, a refund will be issued after deducting ₹99 for return shipping costs
• For COD orders, no refund is applicable as payment was not collected
• If you wish to have the order re-dispatched, it will be shipped free of charge again

7 Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
• Share photos/video of the damaged packaging with your order number
• We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner
• A replacement will be shipped free of charge, or a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days

8 International Shipping

Currently, VibeTint Cosmetics ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned — we are working on expanding our delivery to other countries soon!
