1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Pricing & Payment

All prices on vibetint.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time — even post-order confirmation
• Discounts and coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• VibeTint does not store or access your card or banking credentials

4 Orders & Cancellations

When you place an order on vibetint.in, you are making an offer to purchase products under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

• Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance — dispatch confirmation does
• We may cancel orders if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or due to errors
• Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement, before dispatch
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled (returns may be initiated post-delivery)
• Bulk / reseller orders are subject to separate terms — contact us before placing

5 User Accounts

You may browse vibetint.in as a guest or create an account for a faster checkout experience. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with or transfer it to any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is involved in fraudulent activity.

6 Intellectual Property

7 Prohibited Activities

• Placing orders with the intent to defraud or resell at profit without authorization

• Repeatedly placing and cancelling COD orders
• Using our platform for any illegal, abusive, or unethical activity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension and legal action where applicable.

8 Limitation of Liability

VibeTint Cosmetics provides the Website and products on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or Website
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural events, or government restrictions
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from improper use of our products — please conduct a patch test before first use
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only — we do not endorse or take responsibility for their content

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
